Read a very good chapter from “Trancework” by Michael Yaphto. I’m trying to get in the frame of mind for classes this June. Sort of a mental calisthenics. Hypnosis is such a loaded word. I’ve really not mentioned to anyone (well, other than the time about a year ago when I made a mistake and told a few people of my interest—jeez was THAT a screw-up) but a few really close friends and even so, they’re kind of in the dark about it. One isn’t really supposed to practice hypnosis with close friends or family anyway because of the dynamic involved. Anyway, that’s the blog for today.
